Some patrons mention the challenge of parking, noting that while there is a paid lot nearby, rates can add up quickly, particularly for those staying longer. A few reviews point out that the wait times can be longer during peak hours, especially on weekends, which could test the patience of hungry diners. Although the café offers a variety of seating options, some feel that indoor seating can get cramped during busy periods. The lack of variety in the children's menu has drawn some criticism, with families desiring more healthy options.
A regular brunch venue for us when we’re that way. Courteous staff, efficient service, good menu choice, and then’s the view… We’ve never been disappointed.
I stopped here for lunch on Friday. It's a peaceful location with great views over the estuary and the ferry, and the food and the coffee were fantastic - best fish and chips I've ever had in Felixstowe! There's some nice little walks around as well, much more relaxing than the main beach and pier area.
Found this place by total accident. Very pretty setting with a balcony overlooking the estuary. So you can eat your food with a picture perfect view. Good choice of food. I had the crab sandwich which was very fresh and tasty. Staff were also very friendly. Only minus is parking. This is available using the car park up the road. But at a rather expensive £1.90 for just 1 hour.
Brilliant little cafe ,great food & friendly staff, good price, eat inside or out ,also takeaway if required.
Lovely spot overlooking Felixstowe Ferry with delicious freshly cooked fish and chips.
Small cafe alongside the ferry and boat slipway. Has both indoor and outdoor seating. We had cod and haddock plus chips and mushy peas. As good as we have had in truth. Light batter, beautiful fresh fish and perfectly cooked chips, Decent prices and excellent staff too. Many thanks!
I've been for breakfast twice and both times it was delicious. Hot, tasty and worth the money. £13 for breakfast + 2 drinks each, was £34 for 2 people.
